Continuing education for Home Care Aides (HCAs) in Washington State is essential for maintaining the HCA license. Moreover, 12 hours per year are required for all Long-Term Care Workers (LTCW) in WA. These include HCAs, NACs, and NARs working in long-term care residential settings such as assisted living facilities (ALF), adult family homes (AFH), home care agencies (HCA), individual providers (IPs) in private homes, and more.

We believe that the importance of continuing education for caregivers goes beyond collecting credits for the licensing renewal. These courses are an amazing opportunity to grow as a caregiver. That is why we do our very best to create continuing education courses with care, making them meaningful and engaging.
