The HCA to CNA bridge program is an accelerated training pathway for certified Home Care Aides in Washington State who want to become Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC). Because you're already an HCA, you skip the basics and focus only on the clinical skills and competencies needed to sit the Washington State NAC competency exam.
