Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of WA
OIC is a non-profit Community Action Agency focused on economic development and career training. Headquartered in Yakima, it serves communities such as Moses Lake, Pasco, Sunnyside, Mount Vernon, and Wenatchee—primarily in agricultural regions.
Funding may be available if you or a family member have worked in farm labor. OIC supports education and training for low-income individuals and families, particularly migrant and seasonal farmworkers.
People for People (PFP)
This organization, based in Yakima and serving cities across Eastern Washington, helps individuals gain training and employment opportunities. Funding qualifications vary by program.
