Student Handbook

The Student Handbook is your personal guide to understanding how to make the most of your training experience. Inside, you’ll find everything you need to know about our school policies, course expectations, grading standards, and how to get support for your learning. It also includes important details on billing, refunds, accommodations, and certification requirements to help you stay informed and confident throughout your training journey.

What's Included in the Handbook:

Hours & Contact Info

Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm PT. Reach out via email or phone for support.

Grading and Conduct

Most courses require an 80% pass rate. Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally in all learning environments.

Enrollment Policies

Courses are open enrollment and self-paced or taught in a live virtual classroom. All courses expire one year from registration.

Course and Billing Policies

Includes refund schedules, billing accounts for employers, and cancellation fees for live or lab sessions.

Transcripts & Certificates

Students access certificates via their account on our course delivery platform. Cornerstone retains transcripts for 50 years.

Support for Accomodations

Reasonable accommodations are offered for disabilities and religious observances.

Technology Requirements

Online courses require basic devices and internet; live-virtual classes need a computer with a webcam and mic.
