JOY KINSINGER

Joy resides in Washington State and is passionate about helping others learn and succeed. She brings a diverse background in healthcare operations, technical support, training, administrative leadership, and process improvement.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Joy worked in healthcare revenue cycle operations, IT support, and other roles that emphasized training and development, where she developed a passion for helping others build confidence and achieve their goals. Her professional experience, combined with personal caregiving experience, has given her a deep appreciation for the skills, compassion, and dedication required in caregiving. She enjoys combining technology and education to support student success and create positive learning experiences.

Outside of work, Joy enjoys curling up with a good book, spending time with her cats, and continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally. Faith, lifelong learning, and service to others are important parts of her life, and she values opportunities to encourage and support others as they work toward their goals.
