Formerly known as Learning Plan 4.

This program is designed for caregivers who have already completed Orientation & Safety training and want to complete their HCA certification using Nurse Delegation.

As one of the HCA Certification Program options, it allows students to complete remaining requirements without repeating prior training.

This program is best for caregivers working in home care settings or those who have already completed or do not require Mental Health and Dementia training.

This Program Includes:

• Core Basic training (excluding Orientation & Safety)

• Online skills lab with video demonstrations and assignments

• Nurse Delegation Core

• Nurse Delegation, Special Focus on Diabetes

• Core Basic review and final exam

To receive the DSHS 75-hour Home Care Aide certificate, students submit proof of completed Orientation and Safety training. Proof is not required to enroll.
