This program prepares caregivers to become a certified Home Care Aide (HCA), a required credential for working in Washington State long-term care settings. It covers the full 75-hour HCA training requirement with a focus on Nurse Delegation.
75-Hour HCA Training: Nurse Delegation Focus is best suited for caregivers working in home care or private-duty settings, or for those who have already completed Mental Health and Dementia training.
This option is ideal for students who want hands-on, in-person skills training in a group setting alongside their coursework.

Upon completion, students will receive a DSHS 75-hour Home Care Aide (HCA) certificate.
