This learning plan prepares caregivers to complete the 75-hour Home Care Aide (HCA) training requirement in Washington State through Core Basic training, skills practice, and Nurse Delegation specialty training.

Learning Plans 2 and 2b are designed for caregivers who plan to work in home care or private-duty settings, where Mental Health and Dementia are not required. This plan is also appropriate for caregivers who have already completed Mental Health and Dementia training.

This option is ideal for students who prefer a fully online, self-paced format.
