Accurate monitoring is essential for recognizing changes in a client’s condition and ensuring safe, effective care. This course focuses on combining intake and output (I&O) tracking with vital sign monitoring in home and residential care settings.

Participants will learn practical methods for measuring fluid balance, taking vital signs, documenting results correctly, and identifying early warning signs that require reporting. The training strengthens caregivers’ ability to provide attentive, responsive, and individualized care.
