Accurate client monitoring is essential to identifying changes in condition and promoting safe, effective care. 

This continuing education course is designed for Washington Home Care Aides and focuses on integrating intake and output (I&O) measurements with vital sign monitoring in home and residential care settings. 

Learners will explore practical techniques for tracking fluid balance, measuring vital signs, documenting findings accurately, and recognizing early warning signs that require reporting. 

This course strengthens caregivers’ ability to provide attentive, responsive, and individualized care.
