Learners will explore how cultural beliefs, family dynamics, socioeconomic factors, and language preferences can influence healthcare decisions and caregiving practices.
The course also highlights effective communication strategies, including appropriate use of interpretation and translation services to overcome language barriers and support person-centered care.
