This is the course for non-DDD parent providers and others who provide care for a direct family member through the COPES program and are required to obtain the 30 hour Basic Care certificate.  

IMPORTANT: If you are a current SEIU member, you may only take this course if you are "out of compliance" with the SEIU training requirements or your Case Manager has authorized it.  

This is not HCA (Home Care Aide) training.
